1. Service Description
BabyVax is a vaccination management app that helps parents track and manage their baby's vaccination schedule. We provide:
- Vaccination schedule generation based on national immunization programs (supporting 11+ countries)
- Local push notification reminders
- Calendar sync functionality
- Multi-baby management (Premium feature)
- Email reminders (Premium feature)
- Anonymous login and email account binding

2. Age Requirement and Intended Users
Important: BabyVax is designed for parents and guardians to manage their children's vaccination records.
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use this app
- Children should NOT create accounts or use this app independently
- The 4+ age rating on app stores indicates that our content is suitable for all ages to view, but the app is intended to be operated by adults
- Parents/guardians are solely responsible for all data entered about their children
By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are using it to manage vaccination records for children under your care.
3. User Responsibilities
When using BabyVax, you agree to:
- Provide true and accurate information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Not use the service for any illegal purposes
- Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the service
4. Subscription Services
BabyVax offers a free version and Premium subscription:
- Free Version: Basic features, single baby management, local notifications, single calendar sync
- Premium: Advanced features including multi-baby management, email reminders, batch calendar sync
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and follow the respective platform's subscription policies.
5. Refund Policy
For subscription refunds, please contact Apple App Store or Google Play customer service. We cannot process refund requests directly.
6. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property of the BabyVax app and its content (including but not limited to design, icons, and text) belongs to us. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free
- Vaccination information may vary by region and time; please refer to local health authorities
- We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this service
8. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.
